Construction / Rehabilitation of BTR Hizbullah Khel to Umer Kot TSD Darazinda Ex-FR DI Khan

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department invites electronic bids through the Single Stage Two Envelope E-PAD system for construction and rehabilitation works in Dera Ismail Khan. The specific project involves the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of BT roads in District South Waziristan Lower, South Waziristan Upper, and North Waziristan, covering TSD areas including DI Khan, Bannu, Tank, and Lakki Marwat. Items being procured: - Construction / Rehabilitation of BTR Hizbullah Khel to Umer Kot TSD Darazinda Ex-FR DI Khan This project requires contractors with PEC category C-03 and a bid security of PKR 6.04 million. The period of completion will be as per the work order issued by the department. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 No XXI of 2013. Valid bank guarantees must be provided from recognized banks before the issuance of the work order. Bid solicitation documents and instructions can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division DI Khan or via the E-PADS system on any working day before the submission deadline. Bidders should submit their e-bids as per KPPRA Notification No. SOR (14) /Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10.05.2022. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division DI Khan. Bids will remain valid for ninety (90) days. Contractors must submit the following documents along with three E-Bids: PEC-2027, NTN Active, KPPRA Active, CNIC, and C&W Enlistment 2027. Tender documents and evaluation criteria are available at the office of the undersigned and can be obtained at least three days before the closing date.
