Construction and Rehabilitation Works in Tehsil Dargai

Lot 2: Standardization of Tehsil Council Hall, TMA Dargai, estimate **Rs. 7.500 million**, earnest money **Rs. 150,000**. Lot 3: Rehabilitation, maintenance work and missing facilities at Cat-B Hospital Dargai, estimate **Rs. 11.200 million**, earnest money **Rs. 224,000**. Lot 4: Rehabilitation and black topping of road at Gharib Abad Road and Pattak area, estimate **Rs. 10.158 million**, earnest money **Rs. 203,160**. Lot 5: Construction of drain, pavement of street, culverts, retaining wall and parapet wall at Mian Kaly Sargaro, estimate **Rs. 4.900 million**, earnest money **Rs. 98,000**. Lot 6: Construction of drain, pavement of street, culverts, retaining wall and parapet wall at Village Council Arab Dhanda, estimate **Rs. 1.750 million**, earnest money **Rs. 35,000**. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by **01 September 2026 at 2:00 PM**. Tenders will open on the same date at **2:30 PM** at the office of the **Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dargai**. Original call deposit receipts and bid securities must also reach the procuring entity through registered mail or courier, or by hand as permitted, before the deadline. The bid security must be in favor of the procuring entity or TMO Dargai. Required documents include valid LCB registration, KP Revenue Authority registration, BOQ duly signed and stamped, original CDR and additional security where applicable, CNIC of the managing director or owner, active NTN and income tax certificate.
