Construction and Rehabilitation Works for Flood Irrigation Channels and Road in Sham Area

The Livelihood Promotion Programme invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the execution of important infrastructure works under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The works include construction and rehabilitation projects aimed at improving flood irrigation and road access in the Sham area. Items being procured: - Construction of Road From Farm to market in Sham Area - Rehabilitation of Matkund Flood Irrigation Channel - Lining of Dilgwash Flood Irrigation Channel These projects are scheduled for completion by 30th June 2027 from the date of start. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and have an active tax payer status. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized code is mandatory. Earnest money of 2% in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is required. Green Challan as proof of deposit for each work must be submitted to the National Bank of Pakistan. Tender documents and NIT can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 18th September 2026 at 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Office of The PD LPP. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
