Construction and Rehabilitation of Flood Irrigation Channels and Road in Sham Area

The Livelihood Promotion Programme invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The procurement is under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction of Road From Farm to Market in Sham Area - Rehabilitation of Matkund Flood Irrigation Channel - Lining of Dilgwash Flood Irrigation Channel The works involve construction and rehabilitation of flood irrigation channels and a road in the Sham area. The projects are to be completed by 30th June 2027 from the date of start. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear in the Active Tax Payer List. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized code is required. Completed assignments of similar nature will be considered for eligibility. Earnest money of 2% in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% from a scheduled bank. Tender documents including NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the supplier dashboard by 18th September 2026 till 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Project Director Livelihood Promotion Programme.
