Tender Description
Municipal Committee Kameer invites contractors registered or renewed with Local Governments for Financial Year 2026-27 to submit sealed item rate tenders as per PPRA rules. The procurement is for construction and rehabilitation works in Kameer city, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Construction/Laying of Tuff Tile at Mohallah Hajiabad, Kameer
- Rehabilitation and Improvement of Road from Canal Pull to Chak No. 120/9-L, Area MC Kameer
- Repair/Improvement of Disposal Works Chak No. 120/9-L, Kameer
The bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and Punjab PPRA website. Bidding will be conducted online through Punjab e-Procurement using the Single Stage Single Envelope method. Bid security must be submitted digitally before 10-09-2026 12:00 pm. Bidders must quote item-wise rates, scan the complete bid, and upload it electronically on the portal by 10-09-2026 12:00 pm. Bids will be opened on 10-09-2026 at 1:00 pm in the office of Municipal Committee Kameer in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Item rates are exclusive of PST/GST. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids will be rejected. Performance guarantee as per government rules is applicable. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category are eligible. Earnest money amounts are specified for each item.
