Construction and Rehabilitation Work in Office of Additional Secretary Development Project Director including Committee Room Civil Work and Internal Electrification

Experience in similar works is essential, and bids will be evaluated on a percentage basis above or below the BOQ/Engineer cost estimate. The estimated cost of this project is a bold PKR 10.00 Million. Bidders must submit their proposals through the EPADS system by or before the submission deadline of 24th July 2026 at 1:00 PM. Hard copies must also be delivered to the office of the Project Director / Additional Secretary (Development), CCF&EW Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar. The technical and financial proposals must be signed and stamped by authorized persons. A 2% earnest money call deposit (CDR) is mandatory with the bid.
