Tender Description
This tender invites bids for construction and rehabilitation of PCC streets, roads, suspension bridges, and masajids in Tehsil Bahrain, District Swat under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives FY 2025-26. The works cover multiple villages and locations with specified estimated costs and earnest money requirements.
The scope includes rehabilitation of PCC streets and roads at various village councils such as Maindam, Khairabad, Barhampati, Jukhtai, Fatehpur, and others, along with suspension bridges at Shinko, Bashigram, Mankyal, and Ashoran. The tender also covers construction and rehabilitation of masajids at several villages. Contractors must be registered with PEC, LCB, and KPRA and submit bids via EPADS. Bid security and additional security must comply with KPRA notifications. Submission is through sealed envelope courier to the TMA office before the closing date and time.
