The projects are located in various sectors and colonies within Quetta city, requiring expertise in both civil and electrical works. The tender also involves installation of solar power systems, emphasizing sustainable energy solutions. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and possess specialized codes. They must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Experience is mandatory with a minimum turnover requirement for the last three financial years, demonstrating financial capacity and technical competence. The tender fee is Rs. 5000 with a bid security of 2% for each work. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) by 18 August 2023 at 12:00 PM.
