The CWPP&H Department District Killa Abdullah invites eligible bidders for the construction and rehabilitation of the road from Gazaband Balalai to Norak Sulaimankhail Phase-II in District Killa Abdullah. The contractor must have the technical capacity to handle large-scale infrastructure projects with specialized codes CE02(i) for Bridge Structures and CE01(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-2 or above, with a turnover of at least PKR 693,100,452 in one of the previous years. Experience of completing at least two similar projects with 80% similar activities, excluding maintenance and patchwork, is mandatory. Each project should have a minimum value of 50% of the estimated cost and be completed within the last five years. Bidders must also provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no nonperformance in the last five years.
