Construction and Rehabilitation of Roads in Dir Lower District

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction and rehabilitation of roads in Dir Lower District. The works include construction and rehabilitation of the following roads: - Construction / Rehabilitation of Road Bakht Bilanda, Atack, Nagrai Payeen, Pangral Shati, Chinar, Kano Ghumbat Kai and Zual Baba Haji Abad Road Asilo District Dir Lower - Construction of Bakht Bilanda Road 2-KM - Construction of Pengal Road 2-KM - Construction of Attack Road 2-KMS - Construction of Asselo Road 1-KM These projects require PEC categories C-5 and C-6. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the form of CDR or SDuty and a tender entry fee of Rs. 0.03% of the tender cost. The period of completion is as per work order. The bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAD system as per KPRA procurement rules. Valid NTN/GST certificates and FBR registration are mandatory. Bidders with a history of blacklisting will not be considered. The last date and time for submission of bids is 23rd September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening on the same day at 1:00 PM. Bids must reach the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Dir Lower via registered courier before the closing time. Tender documents and instructions can be obtained from the office or downloaded from the e-procurement portal. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders as per KPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the original CDR and bid security instruments are submitted in the shape of the original CDR at the name of the Executive Engineer before tender opening to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully follow the electronic submission guidelines to avoid technical rejection.
