Tender Description
The Road Communication Works PP&H District Ziarat invites sealed tenders for the procurement of construction and rehabilitation works of roads under the CSR 2026 Government of Balochistan. The tender fee is payable via green challan at the National Bank of Pakistan Ziarat Branch under account C-02716 (Road CWPP&H Receipt). Earnest Money of 3% of the bid cost is required as a call deposit. The completion date for each work is 30th June 2027.
Items being procured:
- Construction and rehabilitation of road from Mana to Spizandi Road District Ziarat
- Construction of BT Middle Road Killi Baghaw District Ziarat
- Construction of BT Road Killi Pasra Road District Ziarat
- Grading of BT Road Killi Malak Feroz District Ziarat
The works involve road construction and rehabilitation in various locations within District Ziarat. Bidders must have PEC registration in categories C-4, C-5, and C-6 as applicable, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) is mandatory. Each bidder must have completed three similar assignments in the last three years, each worth 100% of the estimated cost. Technical soundness requirements and detailed bidding documents are available electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required. Fake call deposits will lead to blacklisting. Tender documents can be obtained electronically. The last date for bid submission is **18th September 2026 till 10:00 AM**. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM. Financial bid opening date will be announced later.
