Construction and Rehabilitation Works for TESCO Peshawar

Tribal Area Electric Supply Company (TESCO) Peshawar invites bids through E-PAD version 2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27 having relevant codes mentioned against each bid. The bidding is under Single Stage One Envelope procedure, under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis in accordance with provisions of PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Construction of Vehicle Parking Shed at PD (GSC/Construction) & XEN GSC Division Industrial Estate Hayatabad Peshawar - Construction of Foundation for 02-No Line Bays Equipment at 132KV Munda & Khar Bajour Grid Stations - Extension of existing 11KV Panel Room at 132KV Grid Station Khar Bajour - Carriage of T/Lline material from TESCO Store to site of work & Stringing of 132KV 2nd Circuit Transmission Line from 132KV Munda to 132KV Khar Bajour Grid Station - Loading, Un-loading, Transportation, Erection, Installation & Energization of Additional 01-No 31.5/40MVA Power Transformer at 132KV Grid Station Khar Bajour - Loading, Un-loading, Transportation, Erection, Installation & Energization of 02-No Line Bays equipment at 132KV Munda & Khar Bajour Grid Stations - Rehabilitation of XEN Construction Office, Industrial Estate, Hayatabad Peshawar - Modification & Special Repair of Hall at TESCO Regional Store Hayatabad, Peshawar The scope includes civil construction, electrical works, transportation, erection, and installation at various grid stations and TESCO facilities in Peshawar and Khar Bajour. The works require experienced contractors with PEC registration in relevant categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order amounting to 2% of the bid value must accompany the bid. Bidders must submit bids online via the E-PAD system by 11 August 2026. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed bidding documents available on the PPRA and TESCO websites. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
