Tender Description
This tender is issued by the Military Engineering Services (Army)-II Quetta for comprehensive construction, repair, maintenance, and supply works at the Command & Staff College Quetta. The scope includes residential and non-residential accommodation repairs, abnormal repair works, and miscellaneous facility maintenance. Additionally, there are works related to internal and external electric supply items, water supply items, and gas supply items, along with provision of bazar supply materials for B&R and E&M items.
The contract duration varies from 2 months for construction and maintenance works to 12 months for technical and supply contracts. Contractors must have relevant experience in similar works and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Firms not registered with PEC are ineligible, except those enlisted in MES category D. Registration with FBR and an active ATL status is also required. Contractors must submit detailed past work experience for the last two years along with their applications.
The tender documents can be obtained from the Commander MES (Army)-II Quetta office during working hours from 0900 to 1400. The last date for submission is 1st June 2026 by 1100 hours, with technical bids opening at 1200 hours the same day. Earnest Money and CDR requirements will be detailed in the tender documents.
