Construction, Repair, Renovation, Supply of Bazar Material, and DC Works at PMA Kakul

The General Engineer (A) Pakistan Military Academy Kakul invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for a range of construction and maintenance works in Abbottabad. This opportunity is open to experienced contractors who meet the eligibility criteria and are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The scope of work is diverse and covers several technical and maintenance domains at PMA Kakul. Items being procured: - Construction, repair, renovation, replacement, maintenance, abnormal repair, and miscellaneous works at PMA Kakul - Supply of bazar material (Electrical & Mechanical, Building & Roads) and provision of stores for RTEs and TC/DC for AOR of GE (A) PMA - DC works at PMA Kakul The technical scope includes a broad range of civil, electrical, and mechanical works, as well as the supply of essential materials and execution of direct current (DC) related projects. Contractors must demonstrate sufficient experience in similar works and provide a detailed record of projects executed in the last two years, including agency, amount, time allowed, commencement and completion dates, progress, and departmental performance reports. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration and listing on the approved MES contractor list in categories A, B, C, D, or E, with relevant experience. Firms not registered with PEC are ineligible. Earnest money and other financial securities will be as per the tender documents. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted by 1130 hours on 3rd September 2026, with tenders opening at 1200 hours the same day.
