Items being procured: - Construction and repair works at Government Degree College for Women Korangi No. 5, Karachi (Estimated Cost: Rs. 12,934,000, PEC Category: C-4 or above CE09 & CE10, Bid Security: Rs. 500,000) - Construction and repair works at Government Degree College for Boys Korangi No. 6, Karachi (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6,529,000, PEC Category: C-4 or above CE09 & CE10, Bid Security: Rs. 300,000) The technical scope includes civil works, repairs, and improvements as per the detailed engineering drawings and specifications provided in the bidding documents. Only contractors with valid PEC registration in the required categories and relevant experience are eligible to participate. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft must be submitted along with the bid. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, College Education Works, Karachi Division, or downloaded from the SPPRA website. Bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement portal (E-PADS) by 11:00 AM on 12-10-2026.
