Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Civil Works Public Health Department Kachhi invites bids for the construction of residential accommodation-cum-sub-office for District Attorney/Assistant District Attorney at Kachi Dhader. This tender is specifically for the fiscal year 2026 and is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured:

The technical scope includes full civil works for residential and office accommodation at the specified site in Dhader, Kachhi district. The project requires compliance with PEC category C-5 and above, with a specialized code CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works. The bidder must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 20,895,522 in the last three financial years, demonstrating financial capacity and experience. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and presence on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are mandatory. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department Kachhi upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1,500. Bidders must submit a Rs. 100/- stamp affidavit attested by a first-class magistrate confirming the accuracy of bid information.
