Tender Description
The Government of Balochistan invites bids for multiple construction projects under the Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates for the fiscal year 2026. These works are being procured by the Irrigation Division Quetta, located in Quetta city, Balochistan. The projects include the construction of a retaining wall along Baleli Roraa adjacent to Tor Nasir area, a flood protection wall along with Madina Scheme Sraghrhghi, climate resilient upgradation of damaged water resources infrastructure, and construction of a stone masonry drain at Chashma Achozai.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Retaining Wall along Baleli Roraa adjacent to Tor Nasir Area District Quetta
- Construction of Flood Protection Wall along with Madina Scheme Sraghrhghi at District Quetta
- Climate Resilient Upgradation of Damaged Water Resources Infrastructure in District Quetta
- Construction of Stone Masonry Drain at Chashma Achozai Quetta
These projects require experienced contractors with relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory for all works. Tender fees of Rs. 1,000/- each are applicable. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope system. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from www.bppra.gob.pk or obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Quetta upon payment of the prescribed fee.
The deadline for bid submission is 28 September 2026 at 09:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled at 10:00 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted through the B-PPRA EPPS system or delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Quetta.
