Tender Description
The Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top (56 KM) in District Dera Bugti is open for bids from eligible contractors. This tender is issued by the Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top District Dera Bugti department. The project involves the execution of road construction works covering a distance of 56 kilometers.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top (PKG-III) with an estimated cost of PKR 3,825,592,100
The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be present in the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. The bidding firm must demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 2,600,000,000 in the last three years and show financial capacity. The bidder must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of two partners, each holding at least 30% share, and both partners must meet eligibility criteria proportionally.
Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender processing fee of Rs. 1000 must be deposited in account No. C02716. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and viewed on the same website.
The last date for bid submission is **21 September, 2026 till 11:00 AM** via the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system. Bidders must submit bids electronically; no physical bids will be accepted.
