Construction of Road and Culvert Works in Panjgur District

The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Panjgur invites bids for construction works for the financial year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. The scope covers site preparation, earthworks, pavement laying, and culvert installation as per technical specifications. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted or debarred, and have a turnover of at least PKR 41,790,700 in one previous financial year demonstrating financial capacity.
