Construction of Roads in District Killa Abdullah for FY 2026

The C W P P & H Department District Killa Abdullah invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of the following road construction works for the fiscal year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of B/T road Killa Abdullah to Pinakai Killa Abdullah PSDP # 1302 Z2026.0830 - Construction of link road at Salad Thana District Killa Abdullah PSDP # 1393 Z2026.1699 - Construction of B/T road from Killi Khalil Khan Ghaibezaï Killa Abdullah PSDP # 1523 Z2026.4029 The works involve construction of bituminous roads and link roads in Killa Abdullah district. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category C-6 and above and specialization code CE01-(i) for Roads & Pavement Drainage & retaining structure. The bidder must have completed at least two similar projects in the last five years with at least 80% similarity and costing at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted or debarred. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security at 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Tender documents and NIT can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM.
