Construction of Roads in District Killa Abdullah

The C W P P & H Department, District Killa Abdullah invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the construction of roads in District Killa Abdullah for the financial year 2026. The works are based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of B/T road Killa Abdullah to Pinakai Killa Abdullah (PSDP # 1302 Z2026.0830) - Construction of link road at Salad Thana District Killa Abdullah (PSDP # 1393 Z2026.1699) - Construction of B/T road from Killi Khalil Khan Ghaibezai Killa Abdullah (PSDP # 1523 Z2026.4029) The scope includes road construction works under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-4 and above for the first two works and C-6 and above for the third work, with specialization code CE01-(i) for Roads & Pavement Drainage & retaining structure. Firms must have completed at least two similar assignments in the last two years with financial capacity and experience as specified. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
