Tender Description
The LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 for the construction of roads in villages Warina, Changs, and Dhok Muslim located in Tehsil Sarai Alamgir, District Gujrat. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

The scope of work includes the development and construction of roads in the specified villages, ensuring compliance with the technical specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents. Contractors must be duly enlisted or renewed with PEC and meet all eligibility criteria. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 12-09-2026 at 02:30 PM, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 03:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Gujrat. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Manual bids or bids submitted by email, courier, or by hand will not be accepted.
Interested bidders should ensure their bids remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760.
