Tender Description
The Buildings Division Sanghar invites bids for the construction of Seth Gobind Ram Perwani Charity Hospital located in Khipro District Sanghar, Sindh. This project includes the installation of a 20-KW solar power system with a hybrid battery setup to ensure sustainable energy supply for the hospital. Items being procured:
- Providing & laying PVC insulated & PVC Sheeted 2.5mm2 copper conductor wiring
- Providing & laying PVC insulated copper conductor in ¾" dia PVC conduit
- Providing & Fixing 598 watt Mono-Perc Grade-A Tier 1 Solar Panels totaling 16800 Watts
- Providing & Fixing 3 KW Hybrid-Grid Inverters with 5 Year Warranty (25 units)
- Providing & Fixing Lithium Ion Life PO4 Batteries 48 Volts 100 Amp (3 units)
- Providing & Fixing PV Balance of System with Elevated Structure including GI angles, wires, circuit breakers, junction box, control panel, grounding, disconnect switch, and mounting plates
- Complete wiring and installation of the system
The technical scope covers civil and electrical works including solar panel installation, hybrid inverter setup, battery integration, and all associated electrical wiring and mounting structures. The project duration is 24 months with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 650,000 required. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant civil, electrical (solar), and mechanical codes and hold valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations. Valid electrical licenses and ISO certifications are also mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days.
Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sanghar located at Nawab Shah Road near Boys Degree College Sanghar by the deadline of 17-09-2026. Technical proposals must be attested and include all mandatory documents as specified. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all technical and financial documents are complete and attested to avoid disqualification during evaluation.
