Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells in Merged Districts

Irrigation Division District North Waziristan, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids on EPADS system for eligible firms/contractors in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 on Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for construction and solarization works in merged districts. Items being procured: - Installation of solar based irrigation tube well at Qamar Ibrahim Kot Gumbathi Sub Division Wazir Bannu - Installation of solar based irrigation tube well at Takhti Khel Baka Khel Bannu at Kotka Taaj Korona, Sub Division Wazir Bannu - Installation of solar based irrigation tube well at Kotka Khan Wali Jani Khel, Ali Khel Sub Division Wazir Bannu - Installation of solar based irrigation tube well at Kotka Nasir Jani Khel Sub Division Wazir Bannu - Solarization of existing irrigation tube well of Zarin Wala near Madrassa at Masti Khel Sub Division Bettani Lakki - Solarization of existing irrigation tube well of Gandapur s/o Sanat ullah Sub Division Bettani Lakki - Installation of solar based irrigation tube well at Kotka Ahmad yar Korona Sub Division Bhettani Lakki - Installation of solar based irrigation tube well at Kotka Gul Ahmad Korona Sub Division Bhettani Lakki - Installation of solar based irrigation tube well at Kotka Siraj Korona Sub Division Bhettani Lakki The scope includes installation of solar powered irrigation tube wells and solarization of existing electricity tube wells across various sub divisions in merged districts. The works require PEC registration in relevant categories and valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA). Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost is required. Bidders quoting 10% below estimate submit 2% CDR, and those quoting 10-20% below submit additional 8% CDR along with stamp duty. Electronic bidding will be conducted through EPADS portal. Complete bidding documents can be downloaded from the official website www.imrizator.kpk.pk and epads.gov.pk. The bid submission and opening venue is the office of Assistant Engineer Irrigation Sub Division Wazir Bannu, Miranshah Road District Bannu. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-12 at 11:00 AM at the same office. All bidders must comply with KPPRA rules and provide valid FBR/ATL registration. The defect liability period is 2 years for accessories and 20 years warranty for solar panels.
