Tender Description
The Building CWPP&H Department District Jaffarabad invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of construction and solar system installation works for the year 2026. This tender is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The department requires experienced contractors to execute the following works in Jaffarabad district.
Items being procured:
- Construction of washroom and solar system at Government Boys Primary School Bagan Baba Colony (BEMIS Code 05673)
- Solarization and additional work at DHO Office Dera Allah Yar District Jaffarabad
- Solarization at Police Station Dera Allah Yar District Jaffarabad
The scope includes civil construction and installation of solar power systems at government facilities. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category C6 or above for items 1 and 3, and C5 or above for item 2, with relevant specialization codes as per bidding documents. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of completing at least two similar assignments in the last three years is mandatory. Earnest money in the form of 2% bid security as bank guarantee or deposit at call is required.
Tender documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer Building CWPP&H District Jaffarabad upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,500 PKR. The last date for bid submission is 20 August 2026 by 12:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all eligibility criteria.
