Construction and Provision of Solar Systems and Road Works in Zhob District

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Zhob invites bids for multiple works for the fiscal year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. The procurement includes construction and installation projects primarily focused in Zhob District, Balochistan. The project also includes school ground leveling, walking track construction, and installation of hybrid solar water pumping systems with water tanks. Eligible bidders must comply with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director Local Government Zhob upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2000 through Green Challan. The NIT and bidding documents are also downloadable from www.bppra.org.pk. Issuance of tender documents is available from the date of publication until 13/08/2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 13 August 2026 by 10:45 AM at the office of the Assistant Director Local Government Zhob. Tender opening will be held the same day at 11:15 AM on the EPPS system.
