Construction of Solar W.S.S at Various Locations in District Khuzdar

The Public Health Engineering Division Khuzdar invites sealed percentage rate tenders based on the composite schedule of rates 2026 Government of Balochistan for construction works of solar water supply schemes (W.S.S) at multiple locations in District Khuzdar. Items being procured: - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Gongaw and Killi Kunjh Ferozabad MC Khuzdar - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Gameshi and Killi Kunjh Junubi Ferozabad MC Khuzdar - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Gull Bhit and Killi Arz Muhammad Ferozabad MC Khuzdar - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Baligarzai and Killi Muhammadzai Ferozabad MC Khuzdar - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Laghurzard and Hazarganji Nal - Construction of 2 No Solar W.S.S at Nal City Nal - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Kehyazai and Killi Gameshi Junubi Ferozabad MC Khuzdar - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Saifabad and Killi Sardari Shaher Noghae Khuzdar - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Mughuli and Killi Sasol Khuzdar - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Guwani Sasol and Loop Guru Khuzdar Each scheme involves civil work and solar installation under various CSR and UEP CSR programs. The contractor must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registration with tax authorities (NTN, sales tax & BRA Department) where applicable. Two years relevant work experience and turnover of last three years is required. The procurement method is single stage one envelope. Bid security in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of non-refundable bidding fee through green challan under head C02725-02. Documents can also be downloaded from BPPRA website. Tender documents will be issued from the date of publication of NIT at 11:00 AM. The last date for bid submission is 18.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned. Place of issuance and submission is the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Khuzdar. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is in the form of a call deposit as pay orders and bank drafts will not be accepted. Also, only original contractors/firms with original CNIC are allowed to participate; agents or representatives are not permitted. Complete and correct firm name and title must be written on the call deposit to avoid rejection.
