The work order shall be online verifiable and requires valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department, NTN & BRA, and online verifiable bank statement (turnover). Authorized representatives of the company with a valid authorization letter must attend the bid opening. The tender process follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014.
