The Public Health Engineering Division Harnai invites approved Government Contractors to participate in the construction of multiple solarized water supply schemes and pipeline renovation projects under BSDI Phase-III in Harnai district. Items being procured: - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Scheme for Mohallah Ghareebabad Harnai - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Scheme at New Jalalabad Harnai - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Mareeabad Near JP CP Nakus, Nusrat Lease Area Near Shah Ji Hotel and Dilawar Lease Harnai - Providing of Pipeline 3" Dia and Renovation of Water Tank Killi Pir Shaar Spintangi - Construction of Water Supply Scheme Harnai Town Sinjavi Road Harnai - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Scheme Killi Sarkan, Girls School and Hospital Harnai - Construction of Water Supply Scheme Akhtar Shin Kach District Harnai - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Killi Urboz Harnai - Construction of Providing of Pipeline and Water Tank Killi Shafa Zeri Spintangi - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Scheme Spintangi Bazar Near FC Qilla and Solarized WSS 2" Dia 2000RFT with Solar System and Submersible Killi Doabandi Spintangi - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Scheme Zain Kach Khost District Harnai - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Sharag Bazar, Douran Tangi, Basti Shekhan, Uper/Lower Sharhag - Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Single Killi Kacha Colony Near Tehsil Area, Killi Ponga, Killi New Ambo Killi Peri Mourza Zarar Near Tower Area District Harnai - Construction of WSS Khairabad District Harnai The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014. Eligibility requires three years relevant work experience in PHE Department, turn-over of at least three years showing financial capacity, NTN Sales tax and Baluchistan Revenue Authority registration, and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with deposited enlistment/renewal fee for 2026-2027. Tender fee is Rs. 1000 and bid security/earnest money is 2% in shape of call deposit. Tender documents will be issued on publishing date and tenders will be opened on 07-09-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Harnai at DC Complex Harnai. Submission deadline is 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Only original contractors with valid CNIC and NTN/ATL registration are allowed to participate.
