Construction of Solarized Water Supply Schemes and Small Community Bores at Various Locations of Tehsil Pishin

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage based electronic bids as per prevailing rates by B-CSR 2026 (amended up-to-date) from interested firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with PEC, Income Tax, and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) for the PSDP 2026-2027 scheme. Items being procured: - Construction of solarized water supply schemes - Small community bores at various locations of Tehsil Pishin, District Pishin Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan or Balochistan Revenue Authority, and valid PEC registration. The bidder must have completed at least 2 similar works with a minimum turnover of Rs. 121,793,000 in the last 5 years, with at least 80% similarity and 50% of estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. Valid PEC codes BC01, CE10, EE11 are required.
