Tender Description
The Building Kuchlak CWPP&H Department Quetta is procuring construction works for a state of the art sports complex at Nawakilli Quetta. This project is divided into three major packages covering a wide range of construction activities including a football ground with seating steps and pavilion, water supply system, jogging/running track, cricket ground, admin block, transformation and generator room with electrical works, boundary wall with main gate and check point, sewerage system, toilet blocks, roads with concrete pavers, parking, solar system, RCC retaining wall, and flood lights installation.
The tender invites bids from eligible contractors registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and listed on the Active Tax Payer List. Bidders must have completed at least three similar assignments with a turnover matching the scale of this project in the last five years. The project requires submission of earnest money in the form of a 2% bid security through bank guarantee.
