Construction of Streets and Drains Development Schemes in Chakwal

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered Contractors, Firms, and Companies for execution of multiple development schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) in Chakwal city. The schemes focus on construction and reconstruction of streets and drains in various localities of Chakwal, aiming to improve urban infrastructure and drainage systems. Items being procured: - Construction of Street from H/O Shoukat Nawaz to Main Nullah Culvert (Abu Zer Colony), Basti Malangan - Construction of Streets and Drains, Moh. Christian, H/O Danial Butt to Main Nullah and Street Shehzad - Construction of Street and Drains from Main Road Dr. Pharmacy to H/O Ch. Javed and Main Road Kemal Zahid to H/O Malik Usman, Than Road - Re-Construction of Street Main Pindi Road from U-Bank to H/O Ch. Banaras and Main Pindi Road to Forward Pindi Road, Moh. Usmanabad - Construction of Street from Main Road to H/O Mubashir (Jhamat Street), Main Road to H/O Abdullah Tariq (Faisalabadi), Malik Khalid to Shahid (Lahori) The technical scope includes street construction and drainage works with a completion period of 3 months for each scheme. The estimated costs range from Rs. 3.0 Million to Rs. 7.0 Million per scheme, with Earnest Money deposits from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 350,000 accordingly. Bidders must be registered with PEC, FBR, PRA, and Punjab e-Procurement System, possessing valid NTN/PNTN and Active Taxpayer Status. Bid Security/Earnest Money is 5% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 30.09.2026 up to 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids remain valid for 120 days. Mandatory PEC registration for 2026 with relevant category and specialization is required. Additional Performance Security and Quality Assurance Security may apply as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules, 2017. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids before issuance of Work Order.
