Construction Supervision of ADP Scheme No. 1945/260384 Rehabilitation & Improvement of Abbottabad – Nathiagali – Barian Road and Kuzagali – Ayubia – Khanspur Road

The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA) in Peshawar is inviting proposals from shortlisted consulting firms for the construction supervision of ADP Scheme No. 1945/260384. This project covers the rehabilitation and improvement of two key road sections: Abbottabad – Nathiagali – Barian Road (length 57.50 kms) and Kuzagali – Ayubia – Khanspur Road (length 6.15 kms). The consultants will monitor the rehabilitation and improvement works on these mountainous roads, ensuring adherence to timelines and technical standards. The project is significant for regional connectivity and requires experienced firms with strong engineering and project management capabilities. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and hold valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. Interested firms should submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals via the EPADS System (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by the deadline of 31st July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 5,000/- as a non-refundable bidding entry fee must be submitted in favor of the Managing Director, PKHA, before the closing date.
