Construction of Surface Drain at Masjid e Ghous e Azam Bypass NHA Road Ward 14 MC Ghotki

This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction of a surface drain at Masjid e Ghous e Azam bypass NHA road Ward 14 under the Municipal Committee Ghotki in Sindh. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building bridges and other structures including dagbelling dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth watering and ramming lead upto 5 ft, lead upto one chain (30 metre) and lift upto 5 ft in ordinary soil (2303.50 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (1151.75 P.Cft) - Constructing of standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ to the design profile including cost of mould as per drawing including applying floating coat of cement 1/32" thick to the exposed face finished smooth curing etc complete as per detailed drawing TYPE I (A) DRAIN (425.00 P.Rft) and Type II B (425.00 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth in cement sand mortar 1:6 (1593.75 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' upto 20 ft height 1/2" thick (2550.00 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, column, rafts, lintels and other structural members laid in situ or precast laid in position complete in all respects ratio 1:2:4 (152.92 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete including cutting, bending, laying in position, making joints and fastenings including cost of binding wire Tor Steel (6.14395 P-Cwt) The technical scope covers excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, and construction of open drains as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is located at the bypass NHA road in Ward 14, Ghotki, Sindh, with a contract period of 24 months. The contractor must ensure quality workmanship and compliance with all specifications and drawings. Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), minimum five years relevant experience with at least one similar project of 80% estimated cost or two projects of 50% each, valid NTN and SRB active tax payer status, audited financial statements for last five years, and submission of bid security at 5% of estimated cost.
