Construction of surface drain at Abdul Sattar Chano house to Dingro wah village Sobhdar Khan Chachar Muhallah MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of a surface drain from Abdul Sattar Chano house to Dingro wah village Sobhdar Khan Chachar Muhallah. This project is located in Ghotki, Sindh and is being procured under the Single stage two envelope method. The estimated cost of the work is **PKR 2,600,000**. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (2168 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (1084 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ to design profile including mould cost and floating coat of cement (400 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (1500 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height, 1/2" thick (2400 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (289.49 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete including cutting, bending, laying, making joints and fastening including cost of binding wire (11.63 P-Cwt) The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, and construction of standard open drains as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is in Ghotki and the work is to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, minimum turnover of PKR 4 million over last 5 years, bank statements for last 3 years, and submission of 5% bid security. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS and accompanied by original tender fee of Rs. 2000 and 5% earnest money in the form of pay order or call deposit.
