Construction of Surface Drain from Farman Kolachi to Mazhar Soomro House Ward 06 MC Ghotki

This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction of a surface drain from Farman Kolachi to Mazhar Soomro House in Ward 06 under the Municipal Committee Ghotki, Sindh. The project involves civil works essential for improving drainage infrastructure in the city of Ghotki. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dressing, refilling, watering and ramming (1761.50 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (880.75 P.Cft) - Construction of standard open drains with cement concrete cunette block (Type I and Type II B drains) (325.00 P.Rft and 325.00 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (1218.75 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' to 20' height, 1/2" thick (1950.00 P.Sft) - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (164.90 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, making joints and fastening (6.62525 P-Cwt) The technical scope covers excavation, concrete works, brick masonry, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, and construction of open drains as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is located in Ghotki, Sindh, and the contract duration is 24 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC, active NTN and SRB registration, minimum five years relevant experience, completion of similar works with at least 80% of estimated cost, and financial soundness with audited reports and bank statements. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. The deadline for submission of bids is 21st August 2026 by 23:59:59, with electronic submission on EPADS and physical delivery of tender fee and bid security to the Municipal Committee Ghotki office near Sarkari Bag, Ghotki.
