Tender Description
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for civil works related to the construction of tower foundations and associated activities for the 132 kV Transmission Line Murree-Chattarkalas. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to address system constraints and contingencies under IESCO’s operational framework.

The technical scope includes the full civil construction of tower foundations at specified locations, erection and stringing of transmission line towers, and dismantling of existing towers. The project is critical for maintaining and upgrading the transmission infrastructure under IESCO’s system constraints and contingencies. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and standards as outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the relevant PEC category for civil works, possess valid FBR registration, and have prior experience in similar transmission line civil works. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
