Tender Description
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for civil works under the project titled 'NCB-248 Construction of Tower Foundation of Location No 57 alongwith erection, stringing, dismantling of existing tower of 132 kV T/Line Murree Minhasa under IESCO System Constraints and Contingencies'. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and funded by IESCO-PMU.

The scope includes all civil works related to tower foundation construction, erection, stringing, and dismantling activities at the specified location under IESCO system constraints. Bidders must comply with the technical specifications and terms detailed in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, possess relevant PEC categories, and provide bid security in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as per bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:10 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:40 AM on EPADS v2.0.
