Construction of Tower Foundation Location No 57 with Erection, Stringing, Dismantling of Existing Tower and Return to Store of 132 kV T/Line Murree Minhasa

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for the construction of tower foundation at Location No 57 along with erection, stringing, dismantling of existing tower and return to store of 132 kV Transmission Line Murree Minhasa. This procurement is specific to Murree city under the Islamabad Capital Territory. The scope includes installation of tower foundations including excavation, dewatering, stub setting, leveling, slope protection, grounding sets, erection of steel tubular poles with all accessories, stringing and restringing of conductors, installation of insulators, fittings, dampers, dismantling of existing towers and conductors, and returning materials to IESCO regional store. The contract duration is 45 days after signing the agreement. Eligible bidders must have Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration renewed for 2025-26 with Category C-6 specialization codes CE-10 and EE-05, valid FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience demonstrating at least two similar contracts completed in the last 10 years with aggregate value of Rs. 4 million. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by May 21, 2026, 11:00 AM. The technical bid must include documentary evidence of eligibility, method statement, proof of non-blacklisting, pending litigation list, income tax returns, and bank statements.
