Tender Description
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for civil works related to the construction and remodeling of electrical infrastructure in Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the transmission network reliability and capacity.

The technical scope includes the construction of tower foundations using reinforced cement concrete piles, erection of transmission towers, and stringing of conductors for the remodeling of a 132 kV transmission line. The project site is located at New Wah POF East and POF North-POF West. The work requires experienced contractors with relevant PEC categories for civil and electrical works, valid FBR registration, and compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must submit a single-stage, one-envelope bid using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation.

For eligibility, bidders should ensure they meet PEC requirements for civil and electrical works and have prior experience in similar transmission line projects. FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration is also required.
