Construction of Tower Foundation, RCC Pile Foundation, Erection and Stringing for Remodeling of 132 kV Transmission Line at New Wah POF East & POF North-POF West

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for the construction and remodeling of a 132 kV transmission line from location no 18 of New Wah POF East & POF North-POF West. The project requires mobilization of specialized equipment such as tension stringing equipment, concrete mixers, surveying instruments, and heavy machinery. The contract duration is 180 days after signing. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have Pakistan Engineering Council registration with Category C-6 specialization codes CE-02, CE-10 & EE-05, valid tax registrations, and experience in similar 132 kV or higher voltage transmission line projects. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity with an average annual turnover of Rs. 36 million and net worth of Rs. 18 million. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members.
