Items being procured: - Construction of Tower Pile Foundations along with Erection & Allied Stringing to attend the breakdown at 132KV D/C T/Line from 220/132KV G/S Ludewala to 132KV G/S S.P Noor – Bhera (GSO Emergency Work) - Construction of Control House Building along with all allied civil works at 132KV G/S FIEDMC-3 (Deposit Work) The first tender (No.44) has an estimated cost of Rs. 5.9 Million with PEC category C6+ with specialization Code CE-10, CE-02 & EE-05 and an annual turnover requirement of 2.9 Million for the last three years. The bid submission deadline is 12-11-2026 at 01:30 PM with tender opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Completion period is 07 days. The second tender (No.45) has an estimated cost of Rs. 33.974 Million with PEC category C5+ with specialization Code CE-10 and an annual turnover requirement of 16.987 Million for the last three years. The bid submission deadline is 12-11-2026 at 01:30 PM with tender opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Completion period is 90 days. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for the year 2026-27, NTN, FBR active tax payer status (ATL), and submission of a Bid Security amounting to 5% of the BOQ in favor of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. Bidders must have an average annual turnover of half the amount mentioned against this work during the last three years certified from an audit financial statement. The bidder shall be in the active tax payer list and provide income tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents consist of 100 pages and must be submitted with bid documents.
