Eligibility criteria include three years of relevant work experience in the PHE Department, a turnover of at least three years showing financial capacity, valid registration with tax authorities (NTN and Baluchistan Revenue Authority/BSTS), and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with enlistment/renewal fee for the year 2026-2027.
