Bidders must register on the Punjab e-procurement website and download the bidding documents free of cost. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal by 11:00 AM PST on 28-10-2026. The bids will be opened at 11:30 AM PST on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial office. If the lowest bid is more than 5% below the detailed notice inviting E-Tender cost, the bidder must deposit the difference as quality assurance security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) within 15 days of bid opening. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to approval. Upon acceptance, the successful contractor must execute an agreement on stamp paper within seven days for issuance of the work order.
