Construction of Two Pre-Engineered Building Warehouses and Civil Infrastructure Works at Port Bin Qasim Karachi

Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminals Limited (FAP) invites sealed bids from FBR and SST registered contractors/firms with proven experience in the design, supply, fabrication, and installation of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Warehouses. The scope includes construction of foundations, associated civil works, and pavement works. Items being procured: - Design, Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Two (02) Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Warehouses of total 12,304 SQM - Complete Civil Works including foundations and pavement The project is located at Port Bin Qasim, Karachi. Tender documents containing detailed instructions, technical specifications, scope of work, and drawings can be obtained from the Document & Data Control (DDC) Department at FAP during office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000.
