Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department Quetta invites bids for the construction of Union Council offices with provision of allied facilities in multiple union councils across Balochistan. This tender covers three major projects for the Financial Year 2026-27 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. The projects include construction works in UC Khuddan, UC Besholi, UC Sanghai in District Kech; UC Maizai Kulazai, UC Habib Zai-I, UC Dobandi in District Killa Abdullah; and UC Malik Yar-2, UC Qala Viala in District Pishin.

The technical scope involves civil construction works for office buildings including allied facilities as per the composite schedule rates for 2026. The projects are to be executed in the specified union councils with adherence to quality and timelines. The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014. Eligibility criteria and detailed bidding documents are available for prospective bidders. The method of procurement is single stage – double envelope bidding procedure requiring submission of technical and financial bids separately.
Bidders must provide a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000 and furnish 4% bid security or earnest money in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank. FBR and ATL registration is mandatory.
