Tender Description
The Local Government & Rural Development Quetta invites bids for the construction of Union Council offices with provision of allied facilities for the Financial Year 2026-27 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. The works include:
- Construction of Union Council offices with provision of allied facilities in UC Ranpatiani District Jaffarabad
- Construction of Union Council offices with provision of allied facilities in UC Sori Karez District Killa Saifullah
The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014. Eligibility criteria for bidders are detailed in the bidding documents. Tender fee is Rs. 1000/-. Bidding will follow a single stage double envelope procedure. Tender documents will be issued from the date of publication until submission of requisite documents. Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee, 2% bid security/earnest money in the form of call deposit in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
Submission deadline is 08 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 90 days. The time limit for completion is 12 months.
