The Local Government & Rural Development Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of construction works for the Financial Year 2026-27 based on Composite schedule rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. The procurement includes the construction of Union Council offices with provision of allied facilities in multiple union councils of District Khuzdar. Items being procured: - Construction of Union Council offices with provision of allied facilities in UC Chasma, UC Morinki, UC Dogan District Khuzdar - Construction of Union Council offices with provision of allied facilities in UC Sun Chakoo Karkh, UC Kharzan Moola, UC Jahna Moola District Khuzdar The works involve civil construction at the specified union councils with all allied facilities as per the schedule of rates. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014. Eligibility criteria for bidders are detailed in the bidding documents. Bidding documents will be issued from the date of publication until submission of requisite documents including tender fee of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) and 4% bid security/earnest money in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.
