Tender Description
The Local Government & Rural Development Department Quetta invites eligible bidders for the construction of Union Council offices with provision of allied facilities in UC Talli District Sibi for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured:
- Construction of Union Council Offices with provision of allied facilities in UC Talli District Sibi
The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014. Eligibility criteria for bidders are detailed in the bidding documents. The method of procurement is Single stage – double envelope bidding procedure. Tender fee is Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) and a 2% bid security/earnest money in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank is required.
Submission of bids is allowed only until 01 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 90 days and the contract time limit is 12 months. Bids must be submitted to the Directorate General Local Government & Rural Development, BRDA Complex Western Bypass Quetta.
