Construction, Upgradation and Improvement of Education Facilities in Azad Jammu and Kashmir

The Education Engineering Cell, Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, invites bids for the construction, upgradation, and improvement of education facilities across multiple locations in Mirpur and Muzaffarabad. This tender covers a wide range of works including construction of boundary walls, repairing of primary wings, and toilet blocks at various government schools. Joint ventures require prior approval from the employer. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Education Engineering Cell Muzaffarabad and sub-division offices in Mirpur during office hours. Earnest money in the form of a CDR must accompany the bid. Bids must be submitted to the sub-division office in Mirpur by 20th May 2026 at 11:30 AM, with the opening of bids on the same day at the specified times. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the bid security, especially if quoting more than 10% below the estimated cost, as additional security is required to avoid disqualification.
